Man wanted for burning stolen items

Authorities in Delaware are searching for a man, they say, burglarized a home and burned what he stole. The suspect has been identified as 20-year-old Timothy L. Wheatley.

The incident occurred on December 12, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. in the unit block of Washington Court in Newark, Delaware.

Wheatley also has active warrants with The New Castle County Police for other incidents. He is described as standing 5'6" tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds.

Wheatley has active warrants by The State Fire Marshal's Office for Burglary 2nd and Felony Reckless Burning.
