Private Jonathan Rodriguez spent the entire day trying to get home for the holidays.
"I got cancelled going from Charlotte to Allentown and I got cancelled going from here to Allentown," Rodriguez said.
But others don't have a ride.
Kim Seidle is trying to get home to Canada, but she'll have to wait until Sunday night to go home.
But some are turning a traveling pain into pleasure.
Ryan Wood from Sydney, Australia, has a one day layover in San Francisco, and he's not about to let a little inconvenience to sour his holiday season.
"I'm going to check out Alcatraz, scope that out and maybe hit a few bars tomorrow evening; a little holiday before my real holiday," Wood said.
