Cooper then fled over the bridge, but told the toll collector he didn't have the fare. When she asked for his license, he gave it to her and drove away. Cooper is charged with toll evasion and running as a fugitive.

The Delaware River and Bay Authority says Lynel Cooper allegedly
shot and tried to rob a man outside a convenience store Wednesday
night.
