Police report questioning the driver of a car that was double-parked without the flashing hazard lights.
Police say her male passenger made a run for it and got away.
Police add the woman had an expired license and appeared high.
So, the officers were more than a little suspicious.
Police report they found nearly 60 pounds of pot in the trunk of that double-parked car.
