Not bad for $150 bucks

DANVILLE, Calif. (AP) - February 25, 2009

And it only cost them 150 bucks.

They won the home in a raffle sponsored by the non-profit Community Action Marin.

The home is in upscale Marin County, just north of San Francisco.

Their good luck couldn't have come at a better time.

Brad Wells was laid off last week from a Silicon Valley high-tech company.

Susan Wells say she's "floored."

She bought the raffle ticket as a surprise to celebrate the couple's 16th anniversary.

The Wells already own a house.

They have the option of taking $1.2 million in cash.

They say they haven't decided yet whether to move or take the money.
