Oil slick causes crash, 1 injured

TACONY - April 1, 2009 It happened just after 4:00 p.m. on Cottman Avenue and State Road.

Police say a 79-year-old man lost control of his vehicle, due to the oil and hit a pole.

He was taken to Frankford Hospital Torresdale division in critical condition.

Investigators tell Action News the injured man is a retired Philadelphia judge.

His name has not been released.
