The Senate Law and Public Safety and Veterans' Affairs Committee will consider the bill Monday.

NJ bill would grant immunity to underage drinkers

A bill in the Legislature would grant immunity to any under 21
who has been drinking if that person calls police when another teen
drinks too much and needs medical help.
