ABC12 / Picture Your Weather Sweepstakes:

I. NAME OF SPONSORS:

WJRT-TV, Inc. (Hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor").

II. ELIGIBILITY:

Entrants must be legal residents of the broadcast viewing area of WJRT-TV / WJRT-DT, ABC12. Entrants must be 12 years old or younger. WJRT-TV's broadcast viewing area consists of the following Michigan counties: Genesee, Saginaw, Bay, Midland, Shiawassee, Gratiot, Isabella, Gladwin, Ogemaw, Iosco, Arenac, Tuscola and Huron.

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for WJRT-TV, Tim Hortons, or The Shrine Circus any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To participate in ABC12 / Picture Your Weather sweepstakes: entrants must do the following:

- Contestants must log onto www.abc12.com and look for the Picture Your Weather link located on the bottom of the homepage or click on the Contest and Promotions link. Either of these links will take contestant to a page for The ABC12 / Picture Your Weather Sweepstakes.
- Once contestant clicks on the link mentioned above, he/she will need to enter their information in the form provided. .
- Contestants will need to print the official ABC12 Picture Your Weather blank drawing page. They will then need to create their original weather picture. They will need to mail their entry to ABC12 Picture Your Weather 2302 Lapeer Rd. Flint, MI 48503 .Or contestants may drop off pictures at the station (weekdays 8:30am- 5:30pm) at 2302 Lapeer Rd. Flint, MI 48503. Or contestants may submit their picture electronically by scanning and emailing an attached document to ABC12.
- The sweepstakes begins on Monday, September 13, 2010, and concludes on Friday, December 17, 2010 at 11:59pm EST (Sweepstakes Period).
- First winners will be selected and start airing during the newscasts on Monday, September 13, 2010.

All entries are the property of WJRT-TV and will not be acknowledged or returned. All eligible entries must be received by 11:59pm EDT on Friday, December 17, 2010 (the conclusion of the contest). Limit one entry per person or e-mail address per day.

Sponsor is not responsible for e-mail that is lost, stolen, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, altered, or tampered with.

Sponsor is also not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, Sponsor reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this contest. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.

IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED

Two (2) pictures/entries per day will be randomly selected by WJRT ABC12 staff during the Sweepstakes Period, for a total of 140 total winners. One (1) picture/entry will air during ABC12 News at First at 4 (weekdays 4:00pm-5:00pm) and one (1) picture will air during ABC12 News at 5 (weekdays 5:00pm-6:00pm). The pictures will air during a weather segment during the respected show times. An ABC12 representative will contact winners by phone at the telephone number provided by the winner. If an Entrant cannot be contacted within two (2) business days, ABC12 may select an alternate entry to be named a winner from all remaining eligible entries.

Odds of being selected as a winner and receiving the prize is based on the number of eligible entries received.

V. PRIZE(S)

Each winner will receive a $5 gift card (Tim Card) redeemable at any Tim Horton's location and two vouchers redeemable for two general admission tickets to a performance of the Shrine Circus in Flint at the Perani Arena, Saginaw at The Dow Event Center and Lansing at the Lansing Center. Each general admission ticket is valued at twelve dollars ($12) Vouchers must be exchanged by winner for tickers at the box office the venue of choice up to the day of performance.

Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.

Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of show or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this prize. All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.

VI. RELEASES

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the contest administrator, which shall be final in all respects.

By participating in this contest and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release WJRT-TV, Inc., subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize.

Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Before proceeding with potential segment spotlighting honoree, honoree must also authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

By submitting any entry materials, entrants certify that such materials are entirely original and created solely by entrant, that no copyrighted or otherwise protected materials have been copied or incorporated as part of the entry materials, and that entrants have the necessary rights, permission and authority to submit such materials. Entrants release the Released Parties from any actions, claims, injury, loss or damage allegedly caused, directly or indirectly, by any use of non-authorized components in their submitted entry materials or the prize.

Winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification within the time period specified by Sponsor.

VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS' LIST

Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
