Site accused of racism shuts down

PHILADELPHIA - July 23, 2009 Domelights is a private website run by a Philadelphia police sergeant that hosts discussion forums for officers.

It's been accused by black officers of being racial in tone.

The black officers group, Guardian Civic League, has filed a federal lawsuit over the site.
