He has been charged with burglary and unlawful sexual contact after, police say, he broke into a neighboring home and fondled an 18-year-old female.
It happened around 4:53 a.m. Saturday. That's when police were called to the 200 block of W. Beaver Court, in the Pheasant Lake Townhouses, for a report of a burglary and sexual assault that just occurred.
When police arrived, the teen told them she was sleeping in bed when she was woken by a man who was touching her. She then screamed and ran to another bedroom to call 911.
The victim was familiar with the subject, saying he was an acquaintance of a family member, but indicated he was not an overnight guest.
The subject fled the home prior to the officers' arrival, but police found him hiding behind a trash can.
Nash was arrested and charged with burglary and unlawful sexual contact.
