Police seek man accused of holding woman

MILFORD, Del. (AP) - August 27, 2009 Police said 27-year-old Derrick Morris held the woman and her children at the Mispillion Apartments on Tuesday night and threatened to kill her after the children went to sleep.

Police say Morris assaulted the woman, but after several hours she was able to escape and reach a phone.

Warrants have been issued charging Morris with burglary, unlawful imprisonment and terrorist threatening.

Police say Morris has a violent past and should be considered dangerous.
