Register now for Phillies playoff tickets

PHILADELPHIA - September 1, 2009 In preparation for the games, including the National League Division Series, National League Championship Series, and World Series, registration for the postseason ticket opportunity is currently taking place online at phillies.com.

Fans who register now through September 16 at noon will be eligible to win an opportunity to purchase tickets for all three rounds of the postseason. (Registration will continue after September 16 for the League Championship and World Series.)

"In an effort to make postseason tickets available to as many fans as possible, we believe the ticket opportunity is the fairest method to accomplish this goal. All 2009 Season Ticket Holders received their postseason options in August. With the overwhelming response from Season Ticket Holders taking their postseason options, we have a limited number of seats available for the ticket opportunity," explained John Weber, Phillies Vice President, Sales and Ticketing Operations in a statement.
