The 66-year-old Ward is already serving 15 years for importing child pornography. The 25-year term handed down Tuesday will run concurrently.
Defense lawyers say the new charges overlap the previous ones. They argued that Scott will be 78 when he finishes the first prison term.
Ward was a marketing professor at Penn's Wharton School of Business when he was arrested returning to the U.S. from Brazil in 2006.
