I-95 open again after big rig crash

The accident happened near Lincoln Financial Field in the southbound lanes shortly before noon.

That's where a tractor trailer jack-knifed.

The lanes were closed between the Walt Whitman Bridge and Broad Street for nearly three hours before opening again shortly before 3:00 p.m.
