CHICAGO (AP) - November 10, 2009

Police in Chicago charge the 70-year-old Crowe slipped three bottles of expensive champagne under his jacket and walked out of a Whole Foods store.

It was his 63rd arrest.

Authorities say he's used at least 50 aliases over the years.

The champagne has a price tag of 135 bucks.

Police at first charged Crowe with misdemeanor retail theft.

But the charge was upgraded to a felony after authorities got a look at the man's extensive police record.
