It happened around 3pm at Haldeman and Conwell Avenues.
Police say an elderly woman, about 95 years old, was getting out of her car when she fell and was hit by the car, which her 85-year-old husband was driving.
She was taken Aria Hospital - Torresdale Division where she is said to be in extremely critical condition.
Police are investigating, but are treating this as an accident.
