The picture, which magazine officials say was digitally created, shows a Tiger Woods peering over a crouching President Barack Obama with the lead article headline "10 Tips Obama can take from Tiger."
The cover is dated for January, 2010. According to several reports on the internet, officials with the magazine have no plan to re-release the magazine with a new cover. The issue went to presses in mid-November, a few weeks before the Tiger Woods affairs story broke, and it's been on newsstands since the beginning of the month.
Just days before the crash, a National Enquirer story alleged Woods had been seeing a New York nightclub hostess, Rachel Uchitel, who has denied it. After the crash, Us Weekly reported that a Los Angeles cocktail waitress named Jaimee Grubbs claims she had a 31-month affair with Woods.
