It happened in the 3300 block of Centerville Road near Hillside Road at about 2:41 p.m.
The driver lost control of the car, which struck a tree then caught fire.
Police say it does appear that speed was a factor in this crash.
One teen suffered a broken leg and the other was transported for evaluation of neck and head pain.
