Santos Rivera, 33, of West Philadelphia was arrested last week. He has now been connected with dozens of crimes.
Investigators believe Rivera may have been responsible for more than 30 burglaries over the past few months.
So far, he is charged with burglarizing two homes and attempting to break into a third.
Most of the burglaries have been in daylight.
Police say Rivera hasn't been cooperating at all. The police don't know what he did with the items he allegedly took, or if any of it can ever be recovered.
Police say Rivera was spotted by several witnesses and was seen on video surveillance trying to use a credit card stolen from Fisher's home.
He has a long criminal history of burglary arrests, police say, and had just recently gotten out of prison before this latest wave started.
He's now back in jail held on $100,000 bail.
