On Wednesday at approx 4:50 p.m. officers responded to a call of shots fired within the 500 block of Townsend Street.
Wilmington Police found a 17-year-old male victim shot multiple times. The victim was transported to Christiana Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
