It began around 10:45 a.m. on Sassafras Court.
The fire department was able to get everyone out of the building.
The bulk of the fire was quickly put out, but firefighters were on the scene more than an hour later dousing hot spots.
Authorities on the scene say four units have been damaged.
A firefighter and a resident are being treated by medics at the scene.
