Officials searched the Delaware River this morning after a report of a missing crewmember from a foreign vessel docked in New Jersey.
Authorities say the man jumped ship into the river, then fled on foot near Penn's Landing.
Federal authorities and customs officials are now trying to locate the missing crewmember.
