Man shot three times in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA - December 29, 2009

It happened in the 100 block of North Conestoga Street around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police say a 30-year-old man was shot three times.

He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in critical but stable condition.
