State Police say James W. Walls died at Christiana Hospital following the accident Saturday night.
State Police say Walls was wearing dark clothing and was not in a marked crosswalk. Police say charges have not been filed against the driver involved in the accident, 32-year-old Daniel L. Mills of Milford. Mills was not injured.
