Berks County District Attorney John Adams says the women were found killed in the Hillside Motel in Amity Township along Route 422 at about 6 p.m.
Adams would not say whether the women worked there or how they were killed.
No further information about the victims was immediately released.
Authorities are seeking help from the public about the case.
