The accident occurred at MJR Messaging Service on Nebraska Street in Bristol Township around 3:00 p.m.
Township police say 50-year-old Tyrone Rucker Sr. of Willingboro was operating a forklift and attempted to load a container into a van inside a company garage when the forklift jammed.
Police say Rucker tried to dislodge it and the forklift moved, killing him.
Police are treating this as an accident.
