Police say a man, approximately 18 to 24-year-old, broke into a home on the 1700 block of Juniata Street in the Tioga Nicetown section, around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Police say a 31-year-old man was shot in the leg. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The gunman made off with two flat screen TVs. He fled the scene in a red Chevrolet Impala.
