Police say around 2:45 a.m. Wednesday a motorist hit two cars at 20th and Norris Streets. He then drove down Woodstock Street, striking another car before he was stopped on Uber Street in North Philadelphia.
The driver jumped from the car and fled the scene. There was brief foot pursuit by police before he was caught nearby.
No word on charges at this time.
