Action News caught a rescue overnight as drivers needed help. They tried to make their way through a flooded section of Maryland Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware.
The swollen Little Mill Creek has overflowed its banks. Firefighters carefully used rope to reach the stranded motorists and brought them to safety.
