The Stevens County sheriff's office says searchers found the Newberg, Ore., woman, Sonn Souve, early Thursday about one-third of a mile from the search base in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. She had been missing since Tuesday.
The sheriff's office says Souve suffered some minor injuries and has been taken to Skyline Hospital in White Salmon.
She had covered herself with brush and bark to keep warm as temperatures dropped into the 30s. She was in thick underbrush and timber.
