38-year-old Tan Truong is accused of leaving his six and eight-year-old girls in his Toyota.
Police found them in the vehicle, unharmed, outside the Parx in Bensalem in the early morning hours of October 11th.
Troung is charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children.
He is at least the eighth person charged with such a crime at the Parx Casino.
