Delaware State Police say Shawn Berg of Wilmington was speeding along Foulk Road as he approached a Dart Bus and lost control. Berg's car knocked down three telephone poles, and wires landed on the vehicle early Saturday morning.
Berg received only minor injuries.
Another driver who struck one of the downed poles was not injured.
