Lightning sparks natural gas fire in central Pa.

DALLASTOWN, Pa. - November 17, 2010

Columbia Gas officials tell WGAL-TV the fire in Dallastown, York County apparently began when lightning struck a substation around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. Crews had the blaze extinguished by 7 a.m. and no injuries were reported.

The fire happened near Ore Valley Elementary School. The Dallastown School District delayed opening because of the blaze.
