Flames broke out about 12:30 on Thursday morning in the house on the 1000 block of Roelofs Road in Lower Makefield.
The old home quickly went up in flames.
When firefighters arrived the house flames were pouring out of all the windows.
It took more than an hour to get the blaze under control.
Everyone managed to get out of the house safely.
Investigators are looking for the cause.
