Police in Arlington, Virginia, say they busted 22-year-old Everths Moran-Reyes in a stolen golf cart.
He was pulled over before dawn last Thursday driving along one of the area's major roadways.
Police say the golf cart had been taken from a shopping mall.
Despite being a cart, the man's charged with grand larceny of an automobile.
He faces other counts too, including drunken driving.
