SUV hits N. Phila. store after crash

A grocery store in North Philadelphia was struck by a vehicle following a two-car crash early Sunday morning.

The crash happened around 3:15 a.m. at the intersection of Huntingdon Street and Germantown Avenue.

The impact sent an SUV into the side of the Double Star Food Market, leaving a large hole in the side of the store.

Inspectors from the city's Licenses and Inspections Dept. were summoned to inspect the damage.

No injuries were reported.
