The body was discovered around 7:10 Sunday morning.
The victim is described as an African-American male, approximately 6'1"- 6'3" in height, 280-300 pounds.
He has cornrow styled hair, along with a goatee.
The male was found wearing a black t-shirt and black sweatpants with the words "Ecko Unlimited" along the thigh area.
