The accident happened shortly before 8:00 p.m. on the 3500 block of Churchill Lane.
Police say a car crashed through a fence and came to rest down an embankment.
Officers found the driver trapped in the wreckage.
Medics and fire crews removed the woman and transported her to Aria Hospital Torresdale Division for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
There is no word on why the woman lost control of the vehicle.
