The News Journal of Wilmington, Del., reports the fire happened Sunday afternoon at a 16-acre property on Lancaster Pike. The property was also the site of a February 2010 fire that led to arson charges against two Hockessin teens.
Chief George Lamborn, of the Cranston Heights Fire Company, says 35 firefighters worked to extinguish Sunday's fire. Lamborn says the building was being used to store hay or straw.
Fire authorities say two 17-year-olds were charged with second-degree arson and related offenses in connection with the 2010 fire at a vacant parsonage at the site that was built in 1812.
