The crash happened just before 3:00 a.m. on the 3500 block of N. Delaware Avenue, near the Tioga Marine Terminal.
Police say the car was traveling at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control. The car hit a large concrete barrier, rolled over, hit a pole and landed near a fence. Both occupants had to be cut out of the vehicle.
The 32-year-old driver and 23-year-old passenger, both males, were rushed to the hospital with multiple injuries.
