From that, came the sad news that a third victim has died, Mashonda English, a mother of four named Mashonda English.
The violence erupted just before 8:00 p.m. Tuesday along the 3000 block of North 8th Street in North Philadelphia.
Craig Lassiter and Lawrence Talley were also killed in the shooting.
A fourth victim remains hospitalized.
