State troopers from the Butler Barracks identify the victim as 17-year-old Alexis Summers, of Saxonburg.

Police say she was driving on Hannastown Road in Jefferson Township when she lost control of the vehicle, went over a grass embankment, then overcompensated before sliding sideways into a tree, which hit the driver's side door.
