Members of the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company recovered the body of 31-year-old Adam King of Rising Sun, Md. on Sunday morning.
A medical examiner determined the cause of death to be hypothermia and drowning.
King had been reported missing Saturday evening. According to witnesses, he had taken the kayak out around noon Saturday to go fishing. Officials said he was wearing a life jacket.
