The shooting happened just before noon near the intersection of South 6th and Royden streets.
When medics arrived on the scene, they found victim with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.
He was transported to Cooper University Hospital in an unknown condition.
Police arrested one suspect, who they say was in a wheelchair about a block away from the scene.
No word on what sparked the shooting.
