It happened just before 9:00 Monday morning near the base of the onramp to Route 141 North.
Officials say the victims suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken to Christiana Hospital for treatment.
The accident caused backed up traffic for nearly two miles during the morning rush hour.
Police are still unsure what sparked the crash.
