Broadcast network aimed at black audiences hits Philly

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - December 2, 2011

Bounce TV is an over-the-air free channel geared toward African-Americans ages 25 to 54.

The network is run by Martin Luther King III and former Atlanta Mayor and U.N. Ambassador Andrew Young.

Those behind Bounce say the new network is targeted at an audience that is vastly underserved and wants positive programming.
