The move was made because of the rainy weather hitting the area today.
The event will still be held at LOVE Park at 15th and JFK.
It will begin shortly after 5:30 p.m., with the lighting of the tree set for 5:53 p.m.
There will be musical entertainment provided by The Jersey Boys, The Municipal Employees Choral Ensemble, and the cast of The King and I.
