The accident occurred shortly after 9:00 p.m. at 57th and Pine streets.
Police say an 18th district cruiser, responding to a call, was struck by a civilian car.
Two male officers, ages 35 and 36, were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
