Leo Moran faces murder charges in the death if his 74-year-old wife, Charlotte, who was beaten multiple times in their Chester Township home on Thursday. He remained jailed Saturday in lieu of $1 million bail.
The Star-Ledger of Newark (http://bit.ly/sGS6ga), citing court documents, reported that Leo Moran had repeatedly resisted the counseling before finally agreeing to have his son take him to a hospital for a screening on Wednesday night.
But Moran became angry when family members said he wasn't honest with the counselor. He also feared his wife of 54 years had been unfaithful.
