Police arrest 2 suspect in Germantown fatal accident
PHILADELPHIA - December 18, 2011
Police say the victim was standing on the side walk on East Price Street when he was hit by a grey car. The car then flipped over on its side.
The 22 year old driver and the passenger ran off, but came back to the scene and were arrested.
Investigators say alcohol may have played a factor in the crash.
